House set on the crest of a hill with captivating views of a national park on the border between Fabbriche di Vergemoli & Stazzema, Lucca
The nearest village to the property is Palagnana, which is circa 5km away, located at the foot of Monte Croce. There are a multitude of splendid hiking trails in this area.

The property is easily accessible with a car consists of house,outbuilding and sizable amount of land with own water supply.

The house is set on three levels, one of which is an attic; the layout is reminiscent of that of a mountain chalett , the ceilings are low and cozy, the materials are wood and stone.

Outside there is a beautiful patio, ideal for outdoor dining, where we find the original  stone sink with water from the private spring .
